Arrivals by 8:30pm on Friday, departures from 3:15pm on Sunday. Woodbrooke Quaker Study Centre, Birmingham.
An event for 16 to 21 year olds.
Woodbrooke working in partnership with Quaker Life.
This is a great opportunity for young Quakers who want to facilitate activities for other young Quakers. You’ll have the chance to try out practical skills as well as learn about groups and being a facilitator.
“I expected to develop skills to facilitate and I think I have as I now know more methods...”
We will look at how to build community in groups we’re part of and how to reflect Quaker beliefs, values and practices in our facilitation. The event is open to people new to facilitation and those with previous experience.
Cost: £100 (includes food and accomodation). Bursaries are available to assist with the cost of attending for those who require assistance (please email firstname.lastname@example.org)
Bookings: The closing date for bookings is Sunday 29 September. If you would like to come you need to apply by completing the online form and indicating that you will uphold the community agreement.
