Yearly Meeting Gathering Children and Young People’s Programme
0-15s programme. Yearly Meeting Gathering saw the largest ever gathering of Quaker children and young people. You can read the minutes of the groups of the 0-15s programme here
12-15's Events 2009
Pilgrimage: The first nationally run Quaker Pilgrimage for 12 to 15 year olds took place in April based at Swarthmoor Hall. Twenty-five young people took part in what was a very enjoyable event and a significant time, here are some of their thoughts and reflections on the experience. Adventuring: In October the Children and Young People’s staff team ran the second of two experimental events for 12 to 15 year olds. This was an ‘Adventuring’ weekend in which young people had the opportunity to take part in outward bound activities and have time for reflection, worship and small group discussions.
